The Accounting Services department is responsible for managing the University's financial and accounting affairs.
This includes the management of banking functions, cashier functions, tuition fee assessments, ledgers,
financial systems, payroll, accounts payable, research accounting, endowment accounting, pension functions
and all internal and external financial reporting.
Information
Accounting Services except for Tuition and Fees is located on the first floor of the Administrative Services Building ASB B108.
Tuition and Fees are located on the first floor of the University Centre Building in UVC A115 next to Records and Admissions.
Accounting Services hours in ASB are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Tuition and Fees hours in UVC are 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Counter service for Accounting Services in ASB B108 is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Counter service for Tuition and Fees is in UVC A115 and are open 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
